CEL weather protection systems for microphones and preamplifiers

The following systems are available to protect the microphone and preamplifier when a CEL meter is used out of doors for extended measurement runs. The protection systems are matched to the correct noise meter and are not generally interchangeable between different models due to the differing mechanical design of the preamplifiers.

**CEL-6737** Protection system for the CEL-400 range
manufactured from anodized brass and stainless steel fitted with acoustically transparent Gore-Tex material bird spikes to prevent damage by birds inner rain shield to prevent drops falling directly on to microphone diaphragm unit is positioned vertically to prevent ingress of rain fitted with "L" shaped mounting bracket to allow horizontal or vertical fixing replacement windscreen and bird spikes available as user replaceable spares used with CEL-450.A, 450.B or 450.C models used with CEL-480.A, 480.B or 480.C models used with CEL-490.A, 490.B or 490.C models	Shown as CEL-6737 unit
