Casella Software for Apex Pro Personal Sampling Pump

Following hard on the heels of the all new Casella Apex range of personal sampling pumps comes the Casella Pump Manager software package to complement the Pro version of the new pump.

Using an innovative wireless infra-red link between the pump and the computer the run data can be downloaded without having to worry about all the problems encountered with traditional cable connections. Simply plug in the IR adapter to a free RS232 port and sit the Apex Pro pump down on the desk, line up the IR window on the pump top housing and away you go.

Run results from up to 100 separate events are transferred to the Pump Manager data base program allowing information to be saved by pump ID# or by individual worker. Casella USA personnel say that this will save busy users a lot of time and worry getting the results into their computers. Download is finished in a few seconds and the pump is then ready to start logging again.

The all new software can show run results by date and time giving the run duration, flow rates and volume sampled plus the average temperature during the run. A preformatted report can be generated detailing all the relevant information and the report can be filed with a worker's personal records in case it is required.
