Casella USA announce the launch of the VOCpro PID monitor for VOC monitoring

Casella USA have introduced a new addition to their line of industrial hygiene and safety monitoring instruments. The VOCpro unit will add gas monitoring to the impressive range of hazards that can be measured using the latest instrumentation from Casella USA. The new Casella VOCpro measures the concentration of volatile organic compounds in the air using a standard 10.6 eV ultra violet lamp that can detect concentrations in the range from 0.5 to 2,000 ppm. An optional 11.3 eV lamp is also available for extending the measurement capabilities to include chlorinated compounds. Alternative ranges are available with the addition of a standard dilution probe to measure up to 20,000 ppm. The VOCpro can be used for industrial safety measurements, forensic investigations, site boundary monitoring and many other applications where a real time indication of the levels of VOC's is necessary. Full data logging is available with the VOCpro and up to 15,000 data samples can be saved for later download to the optional PC software program. A wide range of accessories, including calibration gas, spare batteries, carrying case and pc software are available from Casella USA to compliment the new VOCpro instruments in the field.
