We aim to continue to look after you long
after you have bought one of our top quality products. These pages show you
how we can continue to offer assistance long after you have received your
new instrument. Nobody knows our products like we do so who better to send
them to than our approved Casella CEL Service Center. Occasionally an
accident happens to an instrument and it suffers some damage. Send it back
to us and we will do our utmost to get it working as normal for you. The
nature of sensitive measurement instruments require that they are
periodically checked and their performance verified by qualified technical
staff. Did somebody borrow the handbook for your instrument or do you need
another copy for your file then contact us and we will do our best to get
you a replacement.
What shall I do if I need to have
my Casella or CEL instrument repaired after an accident? Download the
General Service and Return document and return it with the damaged
instrument telling us what needs to be repaired. Please note that we reserve
the right to make a small charge to cover any inspection time that is not
subsequently covered by the repair costs once a quote has been provided. For
the Casella Microdust pro family and the Casella Apex pump family we need
you to complete a Decontamination Record statement about the types of
substances that the instruments may have come into contact with as well.

My Casella or CEL instrument is
due for its regular recalibration. How do I go about returning it to an
authorized service center?
Download the General Service and Return document and return it with the
instrument for manufacturer approved recalibration and recertification as
required by the various standards bodies. For the Casella Microdust pro
family and the Casella Apex pump family we need you to complete a
Decontamination Record statement about the types of substances that the
instruments may have come into contact with as well.

What we provide with our instruments
All Casella and CEL brand instruments
manufactured and sold by Casella USA are provided with a Certificate of
Conformance stating that they were manufactured in accordance with our
strict ISO 9000 quality procedures following audited methods and good
practice. During the manufacturing process a number of checks are
performed to ensure that the instrument will conform to its published
specification and give you years of trouble free service.
Some company procedures require that an
particular device has an individual calibration certificate. Some newer
instruments are supplied with a calibration certificate at the date of
sale. If not initially available, we are able to supply this calibration
certificate as an additional item if
requested at the time of your order with the cost varying depending upon
the complexity of the instrument. Normally, it is sufficient to return the
instrument at the end of its normal warranty period (typically 12 months)
to our certified service and re-calibration laboratory in New Hampshire where a series of
specific tests will be undertaken to verify its continued compliance with relevant
published standards. The instrument will be returned to you with a
new Certificate of Calibration stating that the instrument continues to
function within the tolerances of the related specification.
